It was Labor Day September of 2023, a woman was standing in front of the City Creek Mall in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, when she was ambushed by about five Middle Eastern men driving a white van. Their plans were to abduct her. A year long investigation lead to these men working as police and security guards, at the City Hall location of 451 South State Street. Human and sex trafficking is horrific in Utah. If these traffickers can’t have their way with getting a victim, they blacklist the person from getting employment in Utah.
