I joined Planet Fitness in June of 2025. It’s located at 175 E 400 S Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. I had never seen the assistant manager, Erick R. until November of 2025. I remember I was using the elliptical trainer by the window, facing 400 South, when a manly looking woman kept walking back and forth looking at me. When I went to shower, the next thing I know she is in the shower area looking at me while I am nude.

When I leave, I notice Erick R behind the front desk by himself. I was thinking of mentioning the strange woman to him, that came off the street to view me nude in the shower, but didn’t.

In November 2025, Erick R made a suggestive, sexy look at my vagina area. I thought he was handsome. The next time I started coming in to sign in at the front desk, he said hello to me, and I would speak. Sometimes we talked. I had no idea Erick R was involved in a sexual relationship with Javon H the manager, and the other snow bunnies that work at Planet Fitness..

Erick and one of his male co workers asked me how I liked the massage chairs one rainy afternoon. I talked to Erick about it briefly, and told him I would discuss it with him later. I sent an email address to Erick R. about the massage chairs feeling sexual, as they vibrate extremely hard on your private parts. Javon H intercepted this email, and became angry with me. Things got very weird at Planet Fitness.

Erick R backed off from talking to me, and started telling all his coworkers that I am stalking him. Erick R started harassing me along with his blonde coworkers, by denying me access to the spa, and I am a black card member. One evening, Erick was working with a blonde female, and I asked to use the massage chair. She assigned me chair 9. I let her know three times that it never turned on, and neither she nor Erick did anything to investigate the matter.

Monday April 4th 2026, I asked to use the Total Body Enhancement, and again Erick was working with a blonde female. She told me to wait in the waiting area, as there was a man using it. It turns out, she lied. There wasn’t any man using it. This is harassment. I confronted Erick and told him that both she and him needed to be fired. I told Erick that he’s a horrible person, and has no business working in a place like a gym.

Erick walks into the women’s shower anytime he wants to, even when females are nude. He doesn’t announce it either. Erick works with an African American man named Parker, who says he did prison time in South Carolina. These are some nasty people.

It is very possible that Erick R is a pimp, and is running a sex trafficking operation out of Planet Fitness. The blonde female staff are sex workers.
