What’s a mystery from my life that I haven’t solved?

I joined Planet Fitness located at 175 E 400 S Salt Lake City, Utah in June 2025. I didn’t know the assistant manager Erick R. existed until around November of 2025. I first saw him the day a manly looking woman kept walking back and forth in front of the window on 400 South looking at me as I used the elliptical trainer. Later that morning, she came into the bathroom while I was taking a shower. She looked at me as I stood naked outside the shower.

When I was done showering, I came out and noticed that Erick R. the assistant manager was behind the desk, by himself. This was November of 2025. One day in November 2025, after I finished my workout, as I was leaving Erick R looked at me in a suggestive, sexy way. I admit, I thought he was handsome. After that, we started saying hello when I checked in, and had small talk.

We started flirting with each other sometimes when I came to Planet Fitness to workout. One day Erick and his coworker, asked me how I liked the massage chairs. I wanted to tell Erick that the chairs can be very sexual, as they vibrate your lower half very strong. I wrote an email to him and addressed this to him only, Javon H. a very young woman, who is the manager, intercepted the email, and that is when my experience at Planet Fitness became very weird. Javon H. became angry with me. Erick started backing off from me and telling people that I was stalking him. Some people think Erick R is involved sexually with Javon H. and some of the other young, blonde women who work with him at Planet Fitness.

Erick started telling everyone he worked with at the gym, including the trainer that I was stalking him. He told Parker, an African American man who usually works with Erick on his shifts. Parker is from South Carolina, and says he did prison time there. Erick started harassing me by denying me the use of the spa, when I pay for the black card membership.

One evening, Erick was working with a blonde female staff member, and I asked to use the massage chairs. The girl assigned me chair 9, but when I went to use it, it never turned on. I told the girl three times it would not turn on, and neither she nor Erick investigated the matter. I let it go, and went home.

Yesterday, Monday May 4th 2026, I went to ask to use the Total Body Enhancement and Erick’s coworker, a blonde woman told me to wait in the waiting area. She said a man was using the Total Body Enhancement. No one was using it actually, and they left me sitting there. This is when I confronted Erick and told him that he should be fired, for harassing me, and spreading it around that I was stalking him.

Javon H. ended my membership today, and said that I was being seductive with Erick, and giving him unwanted attention. She said I am banned from all Planet Fitness worldwide. This is unfair. I need an attorney to sue Planet Fitness for sexual harassment, and undue emotional abuse by Erick. He’s been very unprofessional and abusive towards me.
